We provide to you a “Lifetime Guarantee” on your new baby puppy. We ask you have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within three (3) days of receiving your new bulldog. If your puppy, in the opinion of the veterinarian, has any physical problems considered to be life threatening, we will provide you with a healthy replacement puppy of equal value. If there are no puppies available, one will be provided for our next available litter. If you choose a puppy of greater value, then you will be responsible for the cost difference.

To making a claim to return a puppy back to the seller, puppy must be returned within 5 days of receiving date. A signed statement from the veterinarian providing the date of the examination and a detailed explanation as to why they think the puppy is a poor health risk. The statement must include a description of the symptoms supporting these opinions.  Should the puppy die of a birth defect within the first (1st) year of the time of purchase we will provide a full replacement puppy.  Should the puppy die after the 1st year of the time of purchase the seller will guarantee to pay 20% of a replacement puppy from one of the next litters available.  To qualify for this guarantee, you must keep the puppy under the care of a licensed vet. The care must include all vaccinations recommended by the veterinarian and the seller. To make a claim for replacement, you must provide a signed certificate from the veterinarian stating the cause of death and a copy of all the puppies’ health records. Shipping charges are not covered or included under the "Lifetime Guarantee".
